Our meeting room policy has changed. This new policy has some significant changes. Please review the policy before making any new reservations. Main Library Meeting Room Policy This policy will affect all new reservations made for dates beginning June 15, 2013 and following.

If you have any questions regarding use of the Library's Meeting Rooms, please contact the library at 410-749-3612 or email.

To request a room at the Main Library, call 410-749-3612, ext 110, speak to a library staff member in person or submit a room reservation form via our online form. Please note that all reservation requests must be approved by library staff.

To request a room at the Centre Branch @ the Centre, call 410-546-5397, there are no online reservations available for the Centre branch meeting room at this time.

Centre Branch Meeting Room Policy

Use the reservation system to choose your date, time, and room. Enter your contact information, number of people expected, purpose of meeting, and for profit/non profit status. Include any additional information in the "notes" box. Indicate if you wish to borrow any library equipment for use during the meeting.

Note that all room reservation requests must be approved by a staff member. Requests will appear on the room reservation calendar as "pending" until approved. Requests for equipment (TV/VCR, etc.) will be honored in the order submitted, as long as the items are available and in working order.

Meeting room fees have changed. All fees due must be paid to the library (in person or by mail) prior to gaining access to the meeting room. We accept cash or checks. Checks should be made out to the Wicomico Public Library. The Library does not accept credit card payments at this time. Due to the high volume of meeting room requests, we would appreciate advanced notice of any cancellations.

Library policies regarding meeting room use are posted in each meeting room, are available at the library, and can be accessed from this webpage. Please read the policy before requesting a room. Anyone using a Library meeting room must comply with the posted policy.

Main Library Branch - Lower Level, 122 S. Division Street

Meeting Room # 1, with a kitchenette, holds up to 70 people.
Meeting Room # 2, up to 20 people, wireless internet access.
Meeting Room # 3, up to 20 people, wireless internet access.
Meeting Room # 4, up to 30 people, wireless internet access.

Centre Branch @ The Centre At Salisbury Mall

Meeting Room #1, up to 30 people, wireless internet access.
