Come visit the Paul S. Sarbanes Branch to view the exhibit "Haitian Migrant Farmworkers on the Eastern Shore," which features photographs taken by Phil Decker in the early 1980's.
This exhibit is on loan from the Edward H. Nabb Research Center, Salisbury, Maryland.
