Event Details
Join us for a welcoming, community-focused event designed to connect individuals with
valuable resources, services, and support for a successful transition back into the
community.
Attendees can learn about:
▪ Learn about reentry-focused employment and workforce resources.
▪ Explore access to supportive services that help remove barriers to
employment
▪ Learn about the Federal Bonding Program and how it supports job placement
▪ The FoodWorks program offers a fresh start to low-income individuals with 12
weeks of intense culinary training.
▪ Vehicle for change offers a certified automotive program.
▪ This is an opportunity to sign up for a training program and services to
members of our community who may benefit from reentry support.
Coordinated by Tawanda Redding, Reentry Navigator with the Maryland Department of
Labor – Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning, and this event will have
on-site partners including Maryland Food Works, Shore Legal, and Vehicles for Change.
