Children 0 - 5 and their caregivers are invited to Preschool Playgroup! Children will have the opportunity to engage in free play and structured activities all while learning to socialize with their peers. 

All 0-5 year-olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the Paul S. Sarbanes downtown library to share songs, rhymes, and stories together on the first four Thursdays of each month.

Wake up with a coffee, it's time to talk dreams.

Stop by the Sarbanes Branch for an afternoon of wordsmithing with the classic game Scrabble.

Boards and dictionary will be provided for use, but feel free to bring your own, too!

It's game day!

Let's play Catan---players try to be the dominant force on the island of Catan by building settlements, cities, and roads! 

See the game and then try it out! This 3-4 player game is for ages 10+.

Girls Who Code Clubs are a way for girls to join a sisterhood of supportive peers and role models, and use Computer Science to change the world!

Join us for Arts and Crafts for our homeschool friends! Each session we will work on a new project suitable for ages 10 - 16 focusing on a relevant artist, book, or technique. All supplies will be provided.

Session 2: Phonics and Syllable Types

Join us for an hour of coding! This program is designed for children ages 7-11, but all are welcome!

Let's have fun and make some art! Patrons 12-18 are invited to join us for a relaxed afternoon crafting session. All materials are provided and participants will take home their project at the end of the group.

In the Young Thinkers Club, children will play games and do activities that get them thinking--and having fun! This club is led by faculty and students from Salisbury University's philosophy department. 

Come learn Spanish with us! Salisbury University Spanish professor, Dr. Sally Perret, will lead these fun and engaging Spanish classes for children.

Paws to Read allows your child to read aloud to a dog for 5 - 7 minutes. A volunteer will be present during the entire session. This activity helps build reading confidence in children while they are relaxing and having fun.

Anime and Manga Club members meet the second Tuesday of each month to talk about manga and watch a member selected anime movie/show. Open to middle and high school students.
