Pattie Tingle, (retired) executive in the nonprofit sector, with 37 year’s-experience specializing in education and workforce development for children and adults with disabilities and programs to support seniors and veterans living-well in the community. Ms. Tingle is a native of the eastern shore and graduate of Wilmington University, holding a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, and continues as a private licensed consultant with the Maryland Association of Nonprofits to offer guidance in leadership, fund-development and resource management. Ms. Tingle contributes her time through civic and community organizations to support the visually impaired, veterans, and sustaining rural communities.
