If you’re a fan of the I Survived book series, join us the first Tuesday of each month for this new book club! Each month we’ll read one of the books that covers a major natural or man-made disaster throughout history.
Need help learning how to use the computer but don’t know where to start? Come to the Pittsville Library every 2nd and 4th Tuesday, where a librarian will teach a class starting with the most basic skills you may need.
For our bedtime storytime, all 0-5 year-olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the Paul S. Sarbanes downtown library to share songs, rhymes, and stories together on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.

Attending Children
Children under 8 must be monitored by a guardian who is at least 13 years old to assure the safety and behavior of that child. Children ages 8 and older may visit the library independently provided they are able to care for themselves and are able to understand and follow the Library’s Behavior Guidelines.
Join us for a beginner's Arabic class! We will introduce Standard Arabic, go over language concepts and characteristics, build conversational verses, and cover reading and writing skills.
Every first Tuesday join us in our STEAM Studio to check out our technology and learn something new. Teens 12-18 are invited to learn the basics of digital illustration, 3d printing, stop motion animation and more!
Learn how to design your very own greeting card using Canva! Together, we’ll design and then print our cards and even learn to make our own envelopes! Just in time for Mother’s Day. Supplies will be provided.
