Today, we have some very special books going into the stacks: the first batch of a three-year sponsorship of our children's collection by Shore Distributors! This multi-generational family business right here in Salisbury donated $50,000 to the Building Our Library Together campaign for a new Paul S. Sarbanes Library on Schumaker Pond.

Wicomico Public Library is grateful and excited to announce a historic $1 million gift from the Donnie Williams Foundation to support the forthcoming Paul S. Sarbanes Library on Schumaker Pond. This major donation will support the creation of the primary programming area of the new flagship library expected to open in Summer 2027.
